So ZENSLY has put in place a Quality Management System (QMS) comprising a complex set of QA & testing , engineering and managerial activities that ensure bespoke quality of delivered Website/ software/ Application throughout the entire workflow.

Quality Planning

During the development lifecycle of each project, the QA manager conducted extensive plans that take cares the relevant collection of requirements( as discussed with project owner), rules, procedures, guidelines, and resources.

QUALITY CONTROL

We track performance data to detect problematic code and guarantee that deliverables are of high quality, complete, and accurate. The QC person check very minute codes one by one and test with various tools.

We've developed strict procedures for evaluating project performance and ensuring that quality standards are adhered to and deliverables meet customer requirements.

AN INDEPENDENT QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Our Quality Assurance( QA) department is a separate structural division inside the organisation. Our QAteam is made up of experienced QA engineers who work on projects on a committed or on-demand basis. The number of QA engineers assigned to a project is determined by its size and complexity; however, they can easily be moved from one project to another if required. We can refine our efforts and control the total project budget with such versatility. The QA team is completely independent and do follow their own rule books for give the report with right feedback.

At the start of each project, a Lead QA specialist is asked to work with the initial business analysis and requirements specification.
